General Rules & Regulations
All gangs are requred to read carefully all the rules and understand them well.
These are general rules, applied to all gangs and families.
All the rules must be respected by every member from each gangs (public/private).
Rules:
Mass Recruiting(Private Families)
OOC inviting/offering players to join the gang with no roleplay at al, recruiting must have IC test.
Punishments:
• Strike
Multiple members prisoned
4 + members prisoned at the same time
Punishments:
• Strike
R5 and R6
If any of the rank 5 or rank 6 gets prisoned, the family will receive a strike.

R5/R6 Banned
If any of the rank 5/6 of a family gets banned, the family will recieve a strike.
Punishments:
• Strike
Slot owner permanently banned
If the slot owner receives a permanent ban, the gang will be disbanded.
Punishments:
• Disband
Attacking/raiding other gang's Hq
- You are now allowed to attack/raid other family's HQ.
• 30 minutes only to keep a HQ down
• You can attack if there's 4 + members in the family that you are going to attack.
(you must have a very good Ic reason to attack/take over or rob/kidnap them in their HQ
- Attacking an unofficial gang in their HQ is allowed, no permission required.
If a family member comes back from dying, he will be punished for the rule RK
If more than 30 minutes of holding a family HQ, it's a strike.

Holding out more than 30 minutes• Strike
Selling/Giving away Slot
You are not allowed to sell or give your gang slot to any player
(Leader promoted to public administrator is an exemption and leadership be given to another player without punishment)
Punishments:
• Disban
Public families R5 and R6
If any R5 or R6 in a public family receives a ban or a prison from an admin, he will be removed from his rank (demote)
Punishments:
• Prison
• Demote/fire.
R5/R6 rank limit
A family is only allowed to have 3 rank 6's, 5 rank 5's. If a family exceeds the limit.
Punishments:
• Strike (Private fam)
• Demote/fire (public fam)
Changing family name without permission
The leader of the family is not allowed to change the name of the family without permission from a gang moderator.
Punishments:
• Strike
Casefiles
In case of a valid casefile done on your gang by FBI leads to imprisonment of high ranked members, the gang will receive a strike/gang will be disbanded. This is so far the only IC way to receive strikes, all of the gang related casefiles have to be approved by the gang director or assistant gang director.
Punishments:
• Strike (slot owner + one R5 or above prisoned over same casefile)
• Strike (three R5+ prisoned over same casefile)
• Disband ( every R5+ of gang prisoned over same casefile)
