Using /ads for IC reasons is ALLOWED, no matter what I write.
Second:
I am not meta-gaming a name, I knew it RPly cause of a /911 call. And man, trust me I know more stuff than you do.
Third:
you didnt show all chat on that thing with "OOCly"
He said "you would see his name" but it's on /911. He didnt say his name ICly while calling, even if it's shown OOCly.
Fourth:
MBC cades were put cause they are wanted for their crimes and they logged after I announced we'll arrest them. The thing is ICly cause citizens wont be shot while walking there, that a danger area.
Fourth:
